At Jeni’s House, we deeply honor the work you’re doing—turning toward yourself with curiosity, compassion, and courage. Many of you have explored your attachment style in session, uncovering patterns shaped by early relationships and life experiences. These insights aren’t the end of the journey—they're the beginning.
To support and deepen your healing, we’re excited to provide you a link to the developed by The Attachment Project: The Attachment Exercise Workbook, tailored to your unique attachment style.
This workbook is designed to complement the attachment work we’re doing together in therapy. Whether you’ve identified with an anxious, avoidant, disorganized, or secure style, the workbook offers gentle, structured ways to explore:

Reflective journal prompts
Psychoeducation about your specific attachment patterns
Practices for emotional regulation and self-compassion
Tools to strengthen connection with others
Exercises to build toward secure attachment
We believe it’s not only possible—but incredibly meaningful—to move toward secure attachment. Secure doesn’t mean perfect. It means feeling safe enough to show up fully in your relationships—with yourself and others.
This is your invitation to go deeper. Use the workbook in between sessions, bring your reflections back to therapy, and let it become a soft landing place where healing continues even when you’re outside the therapy room.
You don’t have to walk this path alone. We’re here, and we’re honored to walk with you.
With care,
Your Jeni’s House Team
