GirlKind: Brave Connections Empowering Girls with Confidence, Compassion, and Connection This dynamic group helps girls build strong interpersonal skills while addressing and transforming relational aggression. Through creative activities, guided discussions, and heartfelt connection, girls learn to express themselves with pride, resolve conflict respectfully, and foster true empathy. Together, we knock down barriers to self-worth and build a foundation of healthy relationships. Activities include: Creating inclusive group agreements Exploring personal strengths and identity Processing experiences of exclusion and building inclusion skills Navigating friendship conflict and what makes a respectful friend Building a “chain of strength” from friendship qualities Sharing and receiving meaningful compliments Girls leave this circle more confident, compassionate, and equipped to create friendships rooted in kindness and mutual respect.
