Expressing My Individuality: A One-Day Empowerment Retreat for Girls Ages: 11–15 | Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM This heart-centered, confidence-building session invites girls to celebrate who they are — and who they’re becoming. Through meaningful activities, creative reflection, and peer connection, participants will explore their unique strengths, goals, and dreams in a supportive, inclusive environment. Session Objectives: * Celebrate individuality and personal growth * Embrace diversity and honor what makes us different * Learn healthy coping and decision-making skills * Practice mindfulness and guided relaxation * Explore values, set goals, and express identity * Give and receive meaningful appreciation in a closing compliment circle Aligned with our mission to promote self-esteem, self-love, and social-emotional growth, this experience helps girls feel seen, strong, and inspired — ready to carry their light forward with confidence and kindness.
